DESCRIZIONE DEL CORSO:

Questo corso è stato idealizzato con l’obiettivo di dare ai proprietari di casa vacanza, locazione turistica o gestore di BeB gli strumenti necessari per iniziare la propria attività. Questo non è un corso sulle leggi ma sugli strumenti che servono per diventare un host di successo e che pertanto sarà sempre necessario avvalersi di un consulente legale e fiscale per quanto riguarda il rispetto delle norme e dei regolamenti legali e fiscali attualmente in vigore.

Durante il corso tratteremo dei temi ricorrenti sui documenti da utilizzare ed in particolare

  1. Evidenzieremo quali siano i documenti necessari per proteggere la tua struttura in caso di disputa
  2. Insegneremo ai proprietari di casa a evitare, e se necessario, risolvere il problema dell’overbooking
  3. Mostreremo come sincronizzare i calendari di airbnb e booking, evitando cosi l’uso del Channel Manager, e così magari risparmiando una parte non indifferente dei profitti)
  4. Mostreremo ai gestori di strutture extralberghiere come utilizzare il portale “Alloggiati Web”
  5. Spiegheremo cosa sia il CIR, e perché è importante mostrare questo numerino in tutti i siti dove è presente la struttura

OBIETTIVO DEL CORSO

L’obiettivo di questo corso è quello di essere una vera e propria guida pratica che accompagnerà passo-passo nel loro percorso i proprietari di casa vacanza/locazione turistica/gestori di BeB, fornendo tutti quegli strumenti che sono fondamentali per portare avanti la propria attività in piena regola.
