La legge prevede che il canone RAI debba essere pagato dai gestori delle strutture ricettive come contributo per la fruizione del servizio pubblico radiotelevisivo.

E’ un tributo dovuto da tutti gli esercizi alberghieri, quali hotel, bed and breakfast, affittacamere, agriturismi, campeggi, ostelli, etc., che offrono servizi di ospitalità ai propri clienti!

Come viene calcolato il canone RAI?

Il canone RAI viene calcolato in base al numero delle unità abitative presenti nella struttura e dovrebbe essere pagato annualmente. Il calcolo del canone si basa su diverse variabili, come la categoria della struttura, la regione in cui si trova, la dimensione dell’alloggio, il numero di posti letto disponibili e il numero di televisori presenti.

 L’importo del canone, che può variare a seconda dei casi, viene stabilito dall’Agenzia delle Entrate sulla base dei dati forniti dalle strutture interessate e può essere soggetto ad adeguamenti.

Per effettuare il pagamento del canone RAI, i gestori delle strutture ricettive devono registrarsi presso l’Agenzia delle Entrate e presentare la dichiarazione telematica di lieve entità, segnalando il numero di unità abitative presenti nella struttura. Successivamente, riceveranno la comunicazione con l’importo da versare e i dettagli per effettuare il pagamento.

Devo pagare la RAI anche se non ho la residenza nella struttura?

Sì, in generale, coloro che affittano case vacanze e locazioni turistiche in Italia sono obbligati a pagare il canone Rai. Il canone televisivo è dovuto per ogni abitazione che dispone di un televisore, indipendentemente dal fatto che l’immobile sia utilizzato come residenza principale o secondaria, oppure sia affittato a turisti. Tuttavia, ci possono essere delle eccezioni o delle agevolazioni fiscali in determinati casi, quindi è consigliabile controllare le norme specifiche e consultare un consulente fiscale o legale per avere informazioni accurate sulle regole vigenti.
